  The following should
answer any questions you might have regarding the permit process:

If you have not received our acceptance letter in the mail or a phone
call by the end of the first week of school, it means that the amount
of applications we received exceeded the amount of spaces we had
available and your child’s application will be placed on a wait list until
the end of September to see if more seats become available.
  Please
          do not call
.  You will be notified by phone only if a seat becomes
        available.
